It just occurred to me that some public information cannot be submitted by just anyone, for their safety. My original plan was that when someone entered data that could be public, it would be submitted for inclusion in the public database. Although no personal information would be submitted, there would be a record of who submitted the information.

I realized this morning that cannot be allowed for information that could be used for phishing attacks, such as Bank or Credit Union data. Although the data entered would only be public data (address, hours of operation, etc.) knowing who entered the data could allow more directed phishing attacks. The world today is a scary place...
